This directory connects customers with local service professionals in Katwa, West Bengal. Listing and browsing are free.

2. Service Provider Responsibility
All service providers are independently operating professionals. Katwa Bazaar is a platform only and does not employ or represent any listed professional.

3. Bookings & Payments
All pricing, booking, and payment arrangements are directly between the customer and the service provider. Katwa Bazaar is not responsible for any disputes.

4. Verified Badge
The "Verified" badge indicates the provider's identity and contact has been confirmed by our team. It does not guarantee quality of service.

5. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews are submitted by real customers. Fake or malicious reviews may be removed.

6. Listing Removal
Katwa Bazaar reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our community guidelines, misrepresents services, or receives sustained complaints.

7. Payment Deadline / পেমেন্টের সময়সীমা
All commission and platform fee payments must be cleared within the notified due period. Service Providers will receive advance notification of the payment deadline via the platform dashboard.

8. Account Deactivation on Overdue / মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণে অ্যাকাউন্ট নিষ্ক্রিয়
If payment is not cleared within 48 hours after the due date, the account will be automatically deactivated and will not be visible to customers on Katwa Bazaar until the outstanding amount is fully settled.

9. Late Payment Penalty / বিলম্বিত পেমেন্টের জরিমানা
If the overdue amount is paid between 1 day and 3 months after the due date, a late payment penalty of ₹1,000 will be charged in addition to the original outstanding amount. No exceptions will be made.

10. Permanent Account Deletion / স্থায়ী অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা
If payment remains unpaid for more than 3 months from the due date, Katwa Bazaar reserves the right to permanently delete the Service Provider account and all associated data from the platform without further notice.

11. Re-registration Fee / পুনরায় নিবন্ধনের ফি
If a previously deleted Service Provider wishes to re-register using the same GST number or Certificate/License number, a re-registration fee of ₹3,000 must be paid before a new account can be created.

12. Katwa Bazaar Pricing Authority / মূল্য নির্ধারণ কর্তৃত্ব
Katwa Bazaar reserves the right to revise, adjust, or override the commission rates, platform fees, and service charges applicable to any Service Provider at any time, with or without prior notice. The decision of Katwa Bazaar in all pricing matters shall be final and binding.

Your data is stored securely. Service profiles are publicly visible as you have listed them.
